P.S. The black and white checkered building in the background is Zen Plaza (on Nguyen Trai) - a department store with some particularly unique fashion on the ground floor by Vietnamese designers. And there's a Charles & Keith shoe shop a few doors down plus many other clothing and shoe stores to explore. Overall - a great little fashion district!

That is a very crisp image that, quite nicely, enhances the post. It works well with the background colour of your site design.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like somethign crocheted or lace, which I find pretty by the way.
ReplyDeletePreviously Bitten - thanks, I guess it does match my site, I didn't really realise!
ReplyDeleteJen - yes it does, and I'm excited to read your upcoming posts...Barcelona is one of my favourite places
I love these posts about places and things to see and do in Saigon. They're the kind of things that I wish I had noticed on both my visits, rather than the touristy stuff - I'm making notes of everything for the next time I'm there!
ReplyDeleteWow, that looks fantastic! I remember when that building was being redone-- I had no idea it was going to house a branch of Gaya. I'm going to have to come by here more often to find out what's going down in Saigon... -X
ReplyDeletea great photograph of the building. It's as if I were there
